XMB 1.9.12.04

A new patch version of XMB is available today.

This version adds a handful of tweaks to improve compatibility with PHP 8.2 and MySQL 8.0.

Only 10 files changed since the previous patch version so there is an option to perform a limited replacement or merge. This includes the template data, where only one template changed.
