[New] hack support for 1.9.12

XMB Version: 1.9.12

I would like to install the country flags hack but the latest versions coding seems different to whats present in the 1.9.12 files and templates etc.

Is there somewhere specific to request a hack change in the forums as all the hack supports requests etc are for 1.9.11
