[New] Using old version - advice on archiving making content read only?

XMB Version: Unknown

I am using an old version of XMB. I never upgraded because I put in a ton of hacks on it, custom code, etc.

I've decided to move onto phpBB. But I'd like to not lose all the content accumulated over the years. It is too large and cumbersome to import to phpBB.

Any suggestions on making the public content read only? I don't want anyone to be able to login, is there a simple way to break that so hackers or regular users wouldn't be able to get a cookie?

What are the main security flaws? I *think* I am on XMB 1.9.0.7.
