[Inactive] New to XMB and not technical at all need help

Full Board URL: http://vintage1911s.com/forum
XMB Version: 1.9.8

hello I just created a forum for my website. it is kind of daunting at first poking around in there. There is a message that keeps flashing to Change my forum settings. What does it want me to change and how. I can get into the admin section Ok and then the forum section then I am lost:(

I am not sure of my version and installed it through in motion hosting.

Please do not beat me up too bad

I am willing to hire one of you as a tutor for 30 minutes to walk me through the set up if anyone has the time? Thank you

If needed, I'd be willing to verify your installation and settings.
