hey, i applied this mod the other night, it works great, but i must not be understanding the settings because its moderating members that have posted, and it moderates them every post in the two FIDs i have it fixed for.

Id like it to moderate New members with Zero posts only, quests are not allowed to post. can someone take a peek and tell me of set it properly for me?
