Front Page Article About Patches

Here's a comprehensive overview of what the XMB patches do for you, and how to use them:

http://docs.xmbforum2.com/Latest_Patches

Major Bugs

The new direct upgrade from XMB 1.8 works better now.

The prune panel has been fixed.

A barebone token system has been implemented over the past two patch cycles to improve security for staff accounts.

After using the Delete Posts link in the Members panel, forum statistics will be updated so you don't have to use the Fix Last Post tools.

Fixed a situation where the code bbcode could cause the page to render incorrectly.

Template Improvements

Those of you who follow template updates will benefit from some additional changes:

Code boxes now have a fixed width and scroll bars in CSS so that they don't bust the thread layout.

Printable view of the code boxes may regress to an unformatted paragraph unless the template patches are applied. (sorry about that, but it was for the best!)

Font face, size, and color drop downs now have proper defaults and will reset after each selection.

New Package

The various download links have been updated with XMB-1.9.11.12.zip.

The unified diff version is posted here XMB Patch #12

PHPXref is not yet updated.

I forgot about PHPXref... but was reminded this morning when Webmaster Tools pointed out a Javascript bug in there. That will all be updated later today.

That's fixed now. If you were having any trouble with the Access History menu in PHPXref, you will need to clear your cache and cookies for svn.xmbforum.com.
