Bug Source: Various

Symptoms: Errors during upgrade from XMB 1.8, prune panel not working, cosmetic problems with BBCode.

Security Impact: Medium. This patch updates the new token system to protect staff accounts.

Fixed By: XMB-1.9.11.12.zip and later are not affected.
