Symptoms:

PHP Warning: ob_start() [<a href='ref.outcontrol'>ref.outcontrol</a>]: output handler 'ob_gzhandler' conflicts with 'zlib output compression' in header.php

Possible symptoms when the Warning is absent:

• In Internet Explorer, you may be prompted to download normal pages.
  
• Page content appears as a screen full of garbage characters.
  
• Response entity is double-gzipped.

Security Impact: none

Fixed By: XMB-1.9.11.08.zip and later are not affected.
