Issue #301

Bug Source: XMB, all versions.

Symptoms: In the Members Panel, changing the user status of all Super Administrators at the same time will permanently block access to all related features. A similar bug was introduced into the editprofile script of version 1.9.11.

Security Impact: None.

Workaround: A MySQL database client such as phpMyAdmin can be used to repair member status settings.

Fixed By: XMB-1.9.11.05.zip and later are not affected.

Collateral Changes: Super Administrator accounts cannot be deleted after installing this patch. You may demote them, submit changes, and then deletion is permitted.
