Bug Source: XMB, all versions except 1.9.6.
Symptoms: Webmasters using PHP 4 will see birthdays displayed as 1 January 1970 in member profiles even though an earlier date was
saved in the User Control Panel.
Security Impact: None.
Workaround: None.
Fixed By: XMB-1.9.11.05.zip and later are not affected.
