Bug Source: XMB-1.9.11.00.zip through XMB-1.9.11.04.zip

Symptoms: Webmasters using PHP 4 will see "Warning: Wrong parameter count for preg_replace()" and potentially unpredictable behavior where attachments are displayed.

Security Impact: None.

Workaround: Disabling the attachments or BBCode features will remove the Warning until this patch is applied.

Fixed By: XMB-1.9.11.05.zip and later are not affected.
