Bug Source: XMB-1.9.11.00.zip through XMB-1.9.11.03.zip

Symptoms: Webmasters using attachment flat file storage and PHP 4 will see "Warning: mkdir() expects at most 2 parameters, 3 given" and files will not be saved.

Security Impact: None.

Workaround: Delete the Attachment Storage Path setting in XMB.

Fixed By: XMB-1.9.11.04.zip and later are not affected.
