XMB is under GPL, is it not? They have no right to place a takedown notice on anything under GPL.

I had some reading to do... Quite sad how they treat you. They wanted this piece of software to run on their servers, they wanted spend money on it, hire a coder etc. Now they want to get rid of it like that? :|
