How do I make a welcome screen for new users?
I just want to display some faq and other information?

maybe alter the guest templates, perhaps the php code might need some alteration too. Depends on what you want it to look like and include.

I was intending it for logged in users only. The look and feel is not critical. I thought most xmb forums would use such a feature, so surprised itxmb doesnt do it as standard feature.
