We are having a problem getting IP Banning to load in the Admin Panel under the Members section. There are probably too many banned IP's there, but I don't even know if that makes a difference. When I click on IP banning, it hangs up and I can't delete anything or add anything. We are only able to ban an IP if they actually post to the boards, and with that they are spamming in their profiles.

It has been years since I worked on the forum script and I am at a loss now.
