[Resolved] How do I turn HTML on in my forums

XMB Version: 1.9.11

I know I could probably find the answer if I looked harder in to the documentation but I thought I would come here instead.
So how to I turn on HTML?

Administration Panel -> Forums, then More options.

Not recommended though.
