[New] Mysql Error on new installation
Immediately change the password you just divulged to the world.
If you use some kind of cPanel or DirectAdmiin, check the actual database name and user name allocated. They usually pre-append something at the start
of the name you choose.

Your database settings are incorrect as you should have something looking more like this.
Your username and database name should look like this (cpanel-name_database-name as you have it now) and your password.
Do as Lottos said and change your password and even your (the name you have in your config file) name now by creating a new database as you should
never display these details to anyone.
