[New] XMB 1.9.11 on IIS 7.5 - install was fine, but does not work at all

Full Board URL: http://mittelding.dyndns.org/forum
XMB Version: 1.9.11

I installed 1.9.11 on an MS IIS 7.5 (incl. PHP Version 5.3.10 & fastCGI and GD2 enabled) with no errors after the configuration.

IUSR is having read&execute & modify rights.

Tables in the mysql are created fine (as it looks to me).

In IE it shows just a common error...
In FF it shows:

OB:string(4) "4096"

Error: XMB failed to start due to file corruption. Please inspect header.php or global.inc.php. It has generated the following unexpected output:

Anyone having an idea what it could be?
The "unexpected output:"
Could that be an encoding issue? UTF vs. ASCII??

Kind regards

Have you edited either one of those PHP files ?
Could be something like that indeed.

No. Just the config file of course.

Googling around finding a solution, I've found this:

From my point of view, I guess it belongs to my setup of the IIS...

You got me wrong. Problem still exists.
The Patch mention in the article does not work for my IIS Setup on Windows 7 (may it's just for Server 2008).
