Bug Source: Various

Symptoms: Attachments fail silently, temporary files are not removed, open_basedir warnings appear when managing attachments, broken links displayed in the "Last Post" column of forum thread lists.

Security Impact: None.

Fixed By: XMB-1.9.11.09.zip and later are not affected.

Note this file includes all differences between 1.9.11.08 and 1.9.11.09, except changes to the install and upgrade scripts.
