Bug Source: Previous versions of XMB, and future versions of server software.

Symptoms: XMB may emit messages about deprecated code. Installer may fail in IPv6 environments.

Security Impact: None (since previous patch).

Fixed By: XMB-1.9.12.07.zip and later are not affected.
