Symptoms: Unable to upgrade using MySQL 5.1, unable to upgrade with display_errors enabled, corruption made worse by multiple upgrade attempts, mood spam, XHTML validation errors.

Security Impact: None.

Fixed By: XMB-1.9.11.10.zip and later are not affected.

Note this file includes all differences between 1.9.11.09 and 1.9.11.10, except changes to the install and upgrade scripts.
