I think someone mentioned wanting this a while back. I designed the theme for my forums and figured I would share. The ZIP file includes the theme layout and four jpg files required. Let me know what you think.

Perhaps the simplest thing is to write in your top post "Licensed under GPL." If you are good at updating ZIP files, you could also get the license text at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt and then put that file in your ZIP.

All we need is an indication of the rights that go along with the theme.
