It just downloads a 133 byte garbage file. Apparently the download has been broken since at least September 2016, going by archive.org...

There's a few other themes in the SVN archive that aren't uploaded in the themes directory, too.
The only thing that I had to do to get them working fine was renaming a few files so the header didn't look broken (and adding the youtube bbcode icon if it wasn't there due to integration in newer versions).

Ice and Stardust are installed here. I should be able to zip them up again if there's no backup.

I see that at some point between my post and yours you went ahead and implemented webp support in attachments. Nice!
