Hi is there anyway to make the borders of the frames etc have round corners instead of square ones?

Not sure if any of the existing themes: https://www.xmbforum2.com/themes/ do that or not.

This website: https://www.bigfish-gaming.com/community/ has customised their install which does have rounded corners.

You can achieve this by editing the css elements of your theme. Big Fish Gaming has made lots of heavy css edits to make their theme. If you're not familiar with css, there are tutorials you can find online or you could perhaps hire a person to work on your theme.
