A new major version of XMB is available today.
This version improves security and anti-spam measures. Several new settings and pages are included in the Admin Panel. Forum members will experience
improved login and registration pages. YouTube BBCode is now included.
PHP 7 is required.

The version number was bumped today from 1.9.12.00 to 1.9.12.01 to fix a bug in the installer script. There were no other changes in patch #1.
