Well, I installed the Theme Preview hack but the screenshot is error.png I uploaded themepreview1.png and changed the extension to .png in the
settings but the image above the link is still error.png... how come?

I don't use this hack so all I can suggest is I will install it and have a look.
Did you try using it in debug mode to see where the error is.
I'll get back to ya on it.
