There is a hack for that. I wrote it. It should be around somewhere. It adds a parameter for each of the admin actions that by default are

Not only does it occur when some moderation is done, it also occurs if one untop a
thread.
I can understand it for moving and changing a thread, but when a thread is no longer topped? That is not something anyone need to know.
