Okay, so I'm not sure what went wrong.
I followed the install directions EXACTLY and yet, when I was all done, my index page has all these errors;

and the control panel has these;

I'm wondering if the files were incorrectly coded to begin with? I mean, I only changed the config info for the database. I made sure everything was
properly chmoded as it stated, etc.
Help, please?

Well, that error means that you never uploaded anything.
HTTP 404 Page not found
Are you sure of the location?
