this is not actually a hack request but i just want to exchange avatar+user area column with subject+post column
so that avatars appear in right column
i'm missing something in <td>... in viewthread and viewthread_post templates

same problem as i had.
(thats why i asked for help)
first post author block is empty/black
and last post message and author blocks are mismatched
i could even see empty/black blocks in between posts for a long thread (15 posts/page)
