On another xmb forum I am an admin on they have the ability to view members inbox's. This was really helpful when members who were running activities
went away so we could collect the entries from their inbox.
How do I go about getting this hack?

There is no hack for it. That 'feature' used to be part of the core code of older versions of xmb and was removed for privacy reasons.
