DJ / Music oriented theme
There is a header mod in this theme. Please read the readme file attached. Simple cut and paste operation.

The attachment does not contain a xmb_dj folder. It only contains a XMBLurking folder.
Also, I noticed you have modified the Credits.txt file that is in the XMBLurking folder with:

I hope you are not taking credit for other peoples work? All the images are identical to the XMBLurking theme by Amanda Piel.

no - I would never take credit for the work of amanda piel.
I'm tired and simply made a mistake, sorry. I'll repair right now.
